Teacher's corner

EMASESA has organised environmental, water sustainable and water usage educational, programmes for over 20 years, through them, one can receive knowledge, values and attitudes that help raise awareness and modify their behavioural pattern in favour of a more sustainable usage of water. Educational materials have been prepared during all these years in order to help with the teaching and understanding of the urban water management cycle.

The educational area aims to support the teachers’ trainings on the usage and water management, as well as to share teaching suggestions on how to study this subject at school.

The ultimate goal of this space is to make students aware of the cycles and usages of water and to instil the idea of water as a limited resource and at the same time, as a limiting element of life in our planet. The aim is to bring awareness to younger children about the need of using this resource responsibly.

Teaching resources

The teaching resources aim to offer the teaching body an educational tool to complement the visits to EMASESA sites within the programme “Come to meet us”.. The different resources that form the teacher’s booklet have informative, learning and supportive values.
