Aim:

Encourage our clients to use our telematic Customer Service Channels where they can make their consultations in a comfortable way. We also have a wide network of offices and customer service points in every town and district of Seville.
We would like to remind you that in order to avoid queues and keep improving our customer service an appointment can be booked. It is however mandatory if you come to Emasesa’s Head Office located in calle Escuelas Pías, 1 – Seville. They can be requested through any channel.
