What are the conditions for the subrogation of a contract?

  • TFollowing the death of the contractor of the subscription policy the rights and obligation of the policy, can be subrogated to a spouse, the domestic partnership recorded in the relevant Register, descendants, adopted children, successors in ascending order and siblings.
  • It can also be subrogated to any heir or legatee if the property is succeeded or used where the supply is made.
  • It can equally be subrogated to separated or divorced spouses who have the right of use of the property according to the settlement agreement certified by a court.
  • In the case of Legal Entities, the person who subrogated or substituted the rights and obligations will be able to do the same with the subscription policy, conditional upon the submission of all needed administrative authorisations to the supply Company.
